It works on the app and the website. I don't have any issues with Vipon as a company and rarely have a problem getting what I requested. I think any issues are from the sellers to whit: I’ve had difficulties determining if and when I should use a discount coupon. Once, I attempted to use both, but then the code didn't work. I’ve gotten both to work by using the code in the shopping cart and opening the product description page— hey folks! It’s not an ad— in a different browser, grab the coupon, open the cart, and occasionally it works. Sometimes, it doesn't, but it would be helpful if sellers explained how to combine their code and a coupon. Often, the websites are peculiar in that they appear purpose-built for Vipon customers and not part of a store. Instead of describing the product, they provide dozens of useless keywords. Why? That never helps anyone and is irritating. Then, because it’s a strange listing, there are no reviews, and my questions go unanswered. At least they’re not like the idiot sellers who claim they’ll send a reimbursement once they get a 5-star review.

I used to use this app religiously & the discounts always worked. You had one or two every so often. But I have not been able to get a discount code that even works for so long now.

I have been using Vipon for about 2 years now & have saved so much money on purchases made for entire family and household needs. However, It does get a bit frustrating when you go to purchase an item, then once in the Amazon page you take the time to check specifics of the product along with reviews to ensure if/which you want to purchase and not have the coupon work. After taking the time to go through all of this for purchasing one item, finally making a decision but do not find out until you are placing the order that the coupon code isn’t being accepted on Amazon. Aside from that, my daughter’s regular get on my vipon account and request coupons on the items they want me to purchase for them. Unfortunately, the deals requested section has not being working for 2-3 days now and I have missed a lot of the purchases they have asked me for because 1. I can’t see my list of coupons requested. 2. It now says I have reached the limit of 200 in one month.

It usually works well for many things I need or found on there for discount
