Had a problem to login to the app due. Customer support (Hafeez) help to solve the issue straightaway through whatsapp. Issue resolve in 15 min.

Why is the apps keep logging out by itself once it is unused. I failed to receive notification as it auto logged out everyday by the recent 2 months. Before this I have never encountered this issue.

Annoying, is there any way to solve the problem?

The app is quite user friendly. We’ve been using it for a few months and so far have encountered only 1 error which was resolved in 5mins due to the efficiency of their helpline. Attentive staff that’s constantly on their toes. Kudos to the Vircle team 👏

i had problems with connecting my daughter for her school card, i asked the whatsapp number and got nearly instantly replied, even after 5 pm (work hours are 9am-5pm) Hafeez really helped me with my problem and solved it quick, thank you Hafeez! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sadly, they ask me to login instead of create an account for first time user.
