I’ve tried for an hour to check in on the app. I can’t get past the ID/credit Card scan to verify identity.

I’ve submitted my ID verification 10 times. It seems to submit, loads the Home Screen but when I try to check in it doesn’t let me. I’ve closed the app and reopened, restated my phone, all of it and no dice. Something that was supposed to be convenient is very much not.

The login was simple, got all the information i needed. Was nice to complete the on-boarding without needing to talk with anyone. the mobile key works well but you need physical keys for the kids :-)
