Is there any help for levels?
Is there a way to control what color of cookies you want? It just seems like random cookies come out, so you can't service your guest.

I’ve just started this game so will see what happens
Do NOT update
Just had the latest update install and lost EVERYTHING. All progress gone and I’d almost completed the whole game to date. I’ve spent a fair bit of money over the last few months buying hats etc to pass impossible levels, now the game has started again for no reason. I’m very unhappy as all the money I’ve put in has been totally wasted.

Scamming company
This game has dozens of glitches that they won’t acknowledge fixing. I feel sorry for any children who play this game and can’t achieve the levels - then spend actual $ to pass the levels. You’ll work to achieve chef hats and then the game will glitch out and randomly take them off you just so you can’t pass the level. Absolutely ridiculous joke of a customer service team too - they won’t admit there is anything wrong with the product and won’t do anything about it.

Food Service
When serving food I notice that customers aren’t always served in the order they come in. Specifically the black customers. I noticed that if another race appears with the exact same order as the black patron who was there first the food will serve to the other patron no matter what and is worse when there are several people at the counter with black patrons as well. I’m not sure if anyone else noticed but I did on countless occasions. I’m not sure how much diversity is on the game development team but hopefully while we wait on the updates in the “ Mansion” portion I’ll see changes. I wanted to rate 5 stars but that little tidbit definitely needs to be addressed.
