I love the app. Annoyed that despite doing 7 days a week the score streak always seems to reset and when I’m doing the videos they seem to buffer for ever making the 2min stretch more like 8min. But the content is great.

I love the app. Annoyed that despite doing 7 days a week the score streak always seems to reset and when I’m doing the videos they seem to buffer for ever making the 2min stretch more like 8min. But the content is great.
The content within the app is second to none. Both in presentation and effectiveness. However, the app can make it somewhat frustrating to access. Videos take a while to load, unintuitive video controls, downloads are shown to not complete and overall UX is often slow and unintuitive. I really hope that they employ your team to build a native app to really showcase the content to its potential.
Will start this review by saying that the content put out by TRS is nothing short of amazing. I can’t separate my review of the content from the review of the app experience, which leaves a lot to be desired. App frequently won’t load content and often times out, which is very frustrating when I’m trying to do follow along mobilizations before or after a workout. Often requires multiple force quits before I can get it to work.
Was hoping to find info on what to do for hypermobility but that doesn’t exist. I also have lateral hip pain so was hoping to find info on that, but there’s only info on front hip pain.

I’ve been working with a back injury since 2007 that “will definitely need surgery” according to my neurosurgeon. TRS is one of the best tools out there to manage and improve from injuries and prevent them in the future.
I use the daily maintenance or the equivalent several times a week and my lower back, hip and knee pain are not impacting my life any more. One nit - the video controls are no longer available on my iPhone since the last upgrade so I cannot fast forward or reverse a video :( - which is required sometimes to keep up with Kelly.
This app has helped me tremendously with getting over injuries from an active life and still staying in the game at 45 years old . I highly recommend it . I am a physical therapist and stand by this app
I keep being asked for a dob but there is no where to put it. So I cannot get past the enter your name screen.
Love the mobility WOD and this app for its content. It’s cumbersome when used on an iPad as soon as you try to work in landscape or rotate your device. The videos will rotate but the rest of the app is stuck in portrait. 5 stars for Kelly and the coaches. 2 stars for iPad interface.
