Very complicated app
We OFW have a hard time accessing our account. We understand the security measure and procedure you want us to undergo to protect our accounts but unfortunately this bring us stress because every time we forgot our password its very difficult to unlock and specially for the OFW who uses the philippine number of our family or relatives we need to wait for them or please them to send us the OTP’s which delays our access. You must think of other option to ease our burden the international call is quite expensive and hassle for us also the reflection of our payments is very late. We will appreciate if you make it easier and user friendly theres a lot of option to consider if you really want to help.
