I love it, it works like a real phone. Sound quality, perfect.
I love when my business is able to interact with other companies that provide excellent customer service and products that are a key factor to daily operations. Once your pbx is configured you will enjoy the software features and helpful staff.
I use this all the time as anonymous caller for work. Easy to use and no technical issues.
I have had system for about 8 months and at first I was completely disappointed tell I had my IT guy set up everything and we got working state side. Now I'm traveling and have to say I rally happy I did not give up but instead gave my IT a chance. I love it and recommend it to anyone who travels. The only other thing is getting use to answering a call sometimes it drops during the process but could be me again
The latest update was a nice touch to an already useful app. Long-time VPBX client here, and still a huge fan!
While this app does work unfortunatly VirtualPBX will charge you an extra $5 per month just for using this.
I had hoped this app would enable me to make and receive calls on the go, since I am out of my office a lot. No such luck. Incoming calls rarely come through when I have the app open, and I often get cut off or have quality issues on calls I make. These problems persist regardless of how strong my cell signal is or whether I'm on a wireless network. The only thing the app does well is drain my battery.
At first, I had trouble logging in as mentioned by other reviews. The problem was that the VPBX web user interface is a bit confusing. You have to select Update and then select Insert into Call Routing to properly save your password. Once I did this, I was able to login just fine. So there is nothing wrong with the iPhone app in allowing users to login.
"Can't log in - group not found". I've verified the details are correct - even copied and pasted them. Depressing this app is junk and useless.
