First time ordering
The app isn’t user friendly in the slightest. The home screen is just a picture of a guy that says “see you soon” and if you press “start shopping” it just take you back to the same screen. I figured out how to place an order for a singlet using a mixture of the online website and the app but the app immediately told me my order was canceled after placing it. I ordered the same thing a second time and the same thing happened except this time a tab popped up at the top of my screen directing me to the Shop app. I clicked on it and it said both of my orders had been placed. I’m not sure now if the orders have been canceled or they’ve gone through because I’m getting conflicting information. Contacting costumer service is difficult and I likely won’t ever be using this app again and I’d advise nobody else gets into the same mess.
