ViSi Listen

Was excited to see Harman updated this recently and wanted revisit this app as it would be extremely helpful in my day to day work. However it won’t even open.. when I try to open it I see the splash page for a second and then the app closes immediately. Extremely disappointing

Provides no support for their products. We will be moving away from anything Harmon in the future. App Development team is worthless.

Guys please fix this. It is not working on newer iPads/IOS. This app extraordinary useful and has amazing potential with Soundcraft platform.

The app seems to have a UI bug, so you can’t see much of the page, making it literally unusable. Please fix. My church use to use this every week and now have no alternative.

This app is awesome, on devices that it is compatible with. I had to track down an older iOS device with an older operating system just to use the app. Hopefully Soundcraft updates this app so it can be useable once again with devices on newer operating systems!

The update broke the app and made it unusable, can’t read fader titles. They are down below screen. Please updated and fix app.

Hey Harmann guys, I use virtually all of your your loudspeaker lineup, from EON to the VTX A series. I use your PM and LAC software on the Crown VRack amps and line areays. It works great. I use Soundcraft Si consoles 2 to 3 times a week. My clients have ALWAYS been happy until you didn't update ViSi listen to work on the latest ios. I do MANY shows with IEMs and the musicians LOVED using the app......then it all went away with an ios update. I gave one of them the ViSi remote app and that didn't work out so well. When are you going to get on the update Harmann? When others have bad mouthed your mixers, I've stood up for my Soundcraft boards. I want to keep it up but you're not helping.

I would love this app if it worked on the updated formats. Not sure how to get hold of the Harman folks, but would love to buy them a milkshake in exchange for updating this bless-ed app so my team and I could use it for its purposes. If and when updated, I’m happy to change to better rating. Many thanks to anyone in authority over this app, -JP

iOS16 update breaks the app and only displays it half screen and zoomed in, making it not usable. Please fix!!!
