Vision Engaged is very simple to use.

Always pops up an error message saying there are internal issues after I fill out all the prescreening information and hit the submit button at the end.

It’s telling me to enter my phone number to generate a code. I haven’t received a code after numerous attempts. Same for my son’s app. It just freezes on that particular screen.

I downloaded and set up this app yesterday after my phone follow-up with the study coordinator. Today I woke up to an alert that my payment had been sent to my bank. There are lots of earlier negative reviews about verrry slow payments. Maybe my experience shows that the issues have been sorted out.

The data collected by this app is absurdly invasive, and the payment issues that others are reporting are real
