Visit NaturaItalia

Beschreibung

Visit NaturaItalia is the new national application that collects and provides all the information and services needed to plan an aware, responsible and environmentally sustainable visit to one of the 24 national parks or one of the 31 marine protected areas. This App was created by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security with NRRP (PNRR) funds dedicated to the digitisation of national protected areas. With Visit NaturaItalia you can discover the beauty of the national protected areas, learn about their flora, fauna, geology and landscape, and find information on the history, geography and traditions of the area. The App will be updated continuously and enriched with content, news and functionalities.
Find the national park you are interested in and learn about its features, news and location. Access information on the routes to be covered: length, altitude difference, type, difficulty and duration. Depending on the time you have available and how prepared you are, you can find the trail that suits you best, to enjoy on foot, by bike, on horseback, alone or with your family and friends. Before setting off, study the route, read the description, download the trails map and consult the weather forecasts for the places you plan to visit in the App.
Learn about Italy's marine protected areas in all their nuances and diversity. Open and download the map and view the diving spots, anchorage areas, buoy fields, points of interest and zones with the different protection and conservation levels that the marine protected area is divided in. Plan your excursion with all the information needed in the name of sustainability, awareness and organisation.
The Italian peninsula is rich in biodiversity, history, stories and culture. Knowing the national protected areas enables you to learn more about nature that deserves to be protected and preserved. Today, more than ever, national protected areas play a very important role in the conservation and protection of biodiversity. Thanks to Visit NaturaItalia you can learn all about this, and how to consciously enjoy our natural and cultural heritage, becoming an integral, active part of its protection and preservation.
Visit NaturaItalia can also be used offline. Download the fact sheets with the maps of the national park or protected marine area you are interested in and consult them at any time, even without an internet connection.
