Vital Neuro

Vital Neuro has given me a tool to use to help me focus, calm my mental state and the sleep protocol is amazing. It definitely calms my mind and gives me the ability to have a full nights sleep that I haven’t had in years! I am so grateful to have the opportunity to use this device and can’t wait to be able to purchase one!

As a professional Therapist and Neurofeedback provider for over 15 years, I have always looked to see if there is a unit that works at home for myself and clients that is easy and actually works. This is the first home “dry” (no EEG past) unit that I have used that actually works well. It is simple and reliable. All the programs, sleep, focus, relax, mediate, and optimize work great. As an English language coach and business owner, I've found the Vital Neuro system to be an invaluable tool in my daily routine. I never would have thought that it would be possible to shift my mood and energy so quickly, but that is exactly the experience I am having to date with Vital Neuro! I had decided to work on focus and emotional well-being as my primary goals for this winter. It is very possible to get out of a mental slump triggered by dark, snowy days very quickly if my experience to date holds true. What a relief! I’ve previously worked hard to fight that winter slump but I’ve had to work at it. Now I’ve been able to accomplish even better results just by putting on my Vital Neuro headphones for 15 or 20 minutes a day! My next goal is to improve my focus and sleep quality. Vital Neuro is still very new to me so I don’t have a daily routine established yet, but I expect even better results once I incorporate it more fully into my day.I am so excited to experience this incredible new tool!

I hardly write reviews unless something truly exceeds my expectations.. Vital Neuro definitely did. Before using vital I had trouble sleeping every night, I felt sluggish and already over the day before the day even started, small inconveniences completed stressed me out. After a few meditate sessions (whether nap time or night sleep) I began to notice that my sleep was greatly improving, I was sleeping longer and better rather than waking up and tossing and turning. I also noticed that my mood in the morning began to gradually improve. I began to do 15 minute sessions of relax, focus, and optimize after waking up in the morning (in those order 15 minutes each) and found that I was more prepared for my day, I was less stressed and more focused, and I started become more enthusiastic and personable. Vital Neuro is a game changer and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to improve their day to day life.

When using the headphones with the app it puts me in a very relaxed state and I can feel the stress from my busy day melt away, leaving me in a relaxed state. Would highly recommend for stress relief.

I had a very hard time falling asleep at night. I couldn’t get my brain to stop thinking about all the things I needed to do or the stress I had going on in my life which would just cause anxiety… I would also wake up a lot throughout the night and always had to put an AirPod in and listen to a boring podcast. After using this app + the headphones for probably 2 months now, I don’t have those issues anymore. I usually do a “relax” session every night for about 15 minutes when I get in bed. Most of the time I fall asleep during the session and wake up, turn off the headset and snooze until my internal alarm wakes me up! I use this when I am needing motivation around the house too. It helps me focus and optimize my time. Also, I had a noticeable increase in my HRV at night while wearing my whoop. Pretty awesome. This headset is going to change lives of so many people.

The days I used Vital, I was able to find peace and fall asleep a lot quicker, or relax post-work with ease. I noticed the days I didn’t use Vital, I definitely struggled with a busy mind while trying to wind down after a long day, whether it was daily stress or post-work stress.

Vital has become an essential daily habit to maintain my mental wellness, and optimize performance. I love the options for relaxing, focus and optimization. I’ve been using focus during work sessions, relax to unwind, and optimize to get bursts of cognitive energy. Also my exploration of the meditation sessions has greatly helped me as a novice meditator. The music is beautiful, and the app is easy to use. Excited to keep using Vital and learning how to better control my mental states.
