I had a GP appt this morning I was able to get an appt next day the GP arrived at the appt on time and was very clear and succinct and I felt confident that my condition had been properly considered and the course of action recommended was appropriate

App wouldn’t allow me to sign in at the time of my appointment. Just received a message saying the team are working hard to fix it and to try again later. That’s all well and good, but when you’re waiting to speak to a GP on a pre-booked appointment, this is terrible and led to my appointment being missed because of a bad app.

App is buggy. Always crashes when I have an appt. Video call comes through but I can’t log into the app so the call is missed and I have to wait another day for an appt. Can’t ever get through to support. It’s a pointless service.
