Can never find my messages. Only get information about leisure activities in Northern Ireland whereas I live in London! All very strange.

The membership itself is brilliant but the app is really difficult to use

This App is frustratingly complicated and user unfriendly.

Classes are brilliant and the people who run them are so friendly and classes are easy to book

Often displays 30+ notifications on the app icon just for one notification. Days of the week dont update unless you completely close the app. Why cant the app notify you when on waiting list instead of having to rely on a delayed email? Not a great app overall.

Am I being silly? Does the app not have the option to book for dundonald ice bowl? Cannot book skating online it doesn’t show any slots available and here there’s no option?

Where is the option to book ice skating on the app?

Navigation of the app is poor and it is not very user friendly. Also how come you can’t book bowling on the app or ice skating?

I cannot access, cannot get in, repeatedly requested new password but no reply

Proving impossible to register and log into my account. I’d imagine the direct debit will work perfectly though. Seriously, get it sorted. Very poor indeed!!
