No Update Available!!!!

DO NOT BUY!! This device serves absolutely no purpose if you have up to date electrical outlets in your home. When creating your Vivitar account for set up to link the device to your WiFi and phone, There’s no update that the app calls for before you can move on to complete the install to use the smart plug… and you won’t get any further than that. I don’t understand how Vivitar hasn’t corrected this. Horrible & useless product.

Flawed

I can’t use the app or smart plug because it requires an update according to the app yet no update is available for the app. I will not be making anymore purchases from Vivitar.

Does not UPDATE!!

“Your app version don't support the device, please update to the latest version” This is what it was when it ask me to update the app. The problem is I have the latest version and no update is available

I never write reviews but in this case…

Looks like I wasted my money buying a bulb that is supposed to connect with this app. Hope you kept your receipt..

Most of the time it’s fine, but when it starts having problems...they are a MAJOR pain! Hard to expand the number of cameras!!

I have tried to get the system to connect in my home and nothing will. Very frustrating and pointless.
