The VixxoLink mobile app is used by technicians completing work for Vixxo customers. The app was specifically designed to allow technicians to time in and out, assess the work that needs to be done, document it efficiently, then obtain sign off.
The VixxoLink Mobile App for Technicians streamlines:
• Job site check-in, using location data to allow for one-touch time ins
• Searching and reviewing Service Requests
• Documenting work performed, including adding photos
• Searching for and selecting assets, parts used, and actions taken on the job
• Capturing job resolution details and customer sign-off
• Offline support
Upon installation, please ensure the VixxoLink Mobile app is granted Location permissions to ensure timing in through the mobile app is enabled.

Almost got fired for this F app, every single time that I used, it glitch. And asked for hundred questions and pictures just for a PM??!!!
Is just ridiculous, this people don’t know nothing about to be in the field. And when call tech support, barely speak English.
After complaining several times, I just told my company to let me go, or don’t send me to this stupid Vixxo calls.
By the way, when you complain to Vixxo people, they just don’t believe you. So don’t waste your time.
On app support, no tech support,
the GEO location are not workin on several site and but not one have responsibility for fixing the problems.
Awful interface
This is straight up garbage. I forgot my password so I request the reset link, which gives you a code. As soon as you switch the from the app to check your email it backs out of that page no matter how loony you’re gone. Why make a mobile app that you can’t even use all the basic functionality with it lol.

Never worked well
Since switching from myfsn I’ve had repeated issues with this app. Whether it’s related to bugs, or just inconveniences caused by the design flaws of the app. I can never actually log in to calls. Repeatedly tells me I’m not on site. Has limited type count for resolution space which is a very significant area for pertinent information. Once you type past a certain point you can’t even see what you’re typing anyway. App was confusing to navigate from the beginning, and is over complicated. Myfsn was simple, fast, and tech friendly.

This app is complete garbage bring back MYFSN can’t do anything, geofencing issues, kicking me out, won’t load, clears info, just overall bad app made for pencil pushers who have no concept of field work.
We’ve come a looong way
At first, this app was unusable. Very buggy. Now, the only issues are as follows :
Resolution notes disappear if you switch between apps, like checking your parts PDF and switching back to the app. This needs to be fixed as it’s incredibly inconvenient to loose all that data. Workaround is to type your resolution in notes and just copy/paste.
Another issue is that you run out of space in resolution notes. Often times I’m dealing with a complex problem and solution and there is really no valid reason to limit how in depth a tech wants to go with notes. Team Leads like seeing it, customer appreciates it and if there is another tech working on the unit after you, it’s pretty great having thorough notes.
Also, refresh needs to be improved. Sometimes you’re twiddling your thumbs waiting for the screen to refresh. In reality, we need it to be near instantaneous as anything else is a waste of time.
They need to hire a Dev.
Clunky, trips on itself loading. Plan on removing and reinstalling weekly.
Can’t even sign in
The login I use for the website doesn’t work for the app, and when you try to use SSO, it takes up your screen with the little green floppy circle before you can finish signing in

This is the worst app I have ever used for any reason.
