After paying for an annual subscription, we later found out that offline doesn’t work. The whole reason we bought it was for long car journeys. Contacted apple, instead of fixing the fault they cancelled subscription. Had to delete and reinstall (which was meant to fix the problem). Still doesn’t work. No response from Vlad and Nicky email? Second subscription more than first. Such a shame as my boy loves Vlad and Nicky.

I love your videos they’re so great I subscribe to them and hit the bell button and I love your toys and they’re really fun to play with I love the Lad vehicle and I love all of your videos I just can’t stop watching it it’s the only one I watch.
It’s beacuse all the kids on YouTube yeah they enjoy vlad and Niki but they see the game and they ask there parents to download the game they say yes then after like 5 to 10 mins it’s says subscribe to the game then they don’t know what to do
We really enjoy Nikki and vlad on YouTube but there’s no chance I’m paying £34.99 for a monthly subscription for my 3yo. The app has a “free” time limit which is literally about 5-10mins then asks you to subscribe. Money grabbing at its finest.
Either make these games paid for from the beginning after a trial or make the ads less intrusive so that little kids can play! The Ads are so intrusive that even I cannot skip or get around them as they keep popping up asking to install other games on the App Store! Uninstalled and I would never give you crook developers money until you change your shady tactics!
