VLC Pal

The app is now working fine but the automatic configuration tool for OS X could not configure the '.hosts' file. I followed the instructions to do it manually but the instructions are wrong. In OS X 10.8 you cannot just edit and save the hosts file using a text editor; even if you are the administrator. You have to do it via the Terminal or the OS won't save the file.

Tried a couple of the other free vlc remotes, this is by far the best one I came across

The odd glitch when wanting to back out of the remote menu, but other then that, this is the perfect app to use for vlc. Thanks a bunch!

I have had the paid version for years and I loved it. Now it crashes all the time and when you tap ? for help a blank screen comes up that you can't get out of.

Like many other reviewers. App used to be awesome and easy to use. Now crashes often and requires reinstall to work.

Used to be my favorite VLC remote app but became unusable.

Works great until I close the app then it will crash any other time I try to open the app until I delete and reinstall

Please fix that
