VLC Remote Pro!

It works very well, have been using for over 1 month and I don't recall it crashing even once. No perceptible lag either. Has many features and I find myself using it mostly on the iPad as my eyes aren't that good. Excellent!

This app resides on a whole new level above awesome and super! All app developers should look to this app for inspiration as its usefulness is totally awe inspiring. The amount of detailed adjustments it offers is truly gobsmacking!!!

よく出来てます。出だしの設定でつまづくかもしれませんが、そこを越えれば快適です。 一番気に入っているのは、レジュームが出来ること。途中まで見た動画を、次に開いたときに、見たところから再開できるのは本当に便利。間に他の動画の再生が入っても、ちゃんと憶えててくれるのは気が利いてます。

The basic interface is little fiddly but the ability to search external drives and extras such as aspect ratio and subtitle settings are very useful. A 30-second backward and forward jump would an a welcome addition.

リビングでPCとAQUOSを接続してVLCを使っていて、ファイルの選択が煩わしかったのですが、このソフトを使ってみて今までの悩みが消え去りました。 フォルダをブラウズして再生まで凄くスムーズになりました。 動作もストレスなく安定してます。 欲を言うならDVDメニューや音声字幕の切り替えが出来たら最高です。 リビングでVLCを使っている人には是非お勧めです。 追記 DVDメニューと音声字幕選択も追加されましたが、チャプター機能が使えないので星4つです。

このappはフリーウェアのVLCを用いてiPhoneをリモコンの様に使って動画をみるためappです。 導入までの設定が人によっては難しく感じるかもしれません。 設定に関しては「VLC remote iPhone」で検索してもらうと詳しく説明して下さっているサイトが沢山見つかると思います。 有料の物だけファイルブラウズが可能ですが、プレビューしながら見れるわけではないのでご注意を。 操作感などはiPhoneで動画を再生する状態を想像してもらえれば良いと思います。ちなみに横画面に対応しています。 前バージョンから比べて軽く、見た目もクールになったと思います。スキンが選べる様になりまだ前バージョンのスキンとデフォルトの二つしか選べませんがこれからバリエーションが増えると思います。 iPhoneから再生する項目をタップしてプレイリストに追加して行き、前画面表示などもiPhoneから操作できます。画面の明暗の操作はできません。 ファイルをタップすればそのまま再生され項目に追加されますが、フォルダーを追加したい場合はファイル名一番右に+があるので下位に存在するファイル全てが登録されます。間違って大量に指定してしまった場合はプレイリストを表示してプレイリストを空にできます。 ファイルのブラウジングはデフォルトではuser以下から始まりますが外付けHD(TimeCapsuleも含みます)も使えます。前バージョンでは「..」をタップして上位フォルダーに移動していましたが今回のverから画面左下に上位フォルダに移動するショートカットができました。 不具合としてPCで再生操作を行った場合にiPhoneにフィードバックされていないため(電池の消耗度を考えた結果だとは思いますが)VLCの動作が不安定になる場合がありますのでご注意を(09/01/30現在)。

I use this app daily - it works well. One has to configure VLC slightly - but that is handled by a small application that one can download from the website. After that it just works. Definitely worth it. There ARE other apps on the market that allow you to control multiple applications, with different sets of buttons for each. They are certainly more flexible - VLC Remote is a one trick pony. But it is none the worse for that and I find myself using it in preference. At the price, it is recommended.

Back when iPhones were a new deal, back before Plex got easier to maintain, people mostly used one app and one app only to maintain their private video libraries: And that would be VLC aka VideoLAN . Video LAN as in Local Area Network , where we could network several home computers, and share all of the media. And wouldn't such an app require a remote control for us couch potato types? Enter VLC Remote. Now we could have access to every cool feature of VLC: change aspect ratio, language, alternate streams, we could play back DVDs, Blu - ray's, MKV, FLV, AVI, WMV, MP4, MOV, and many other obscure formats that (OGG) all play back beautifully from one app . I had the privilege of beta testing this app for a couple of years and a lot of the cool features in this app I remember discussing, in fact the way that it is now is the direct result of a core group of us who used to bounce ideas back - and - forth between us and the developer . Who is a great guy and he even put out a "VLC remote classic " for me and one other person and I still have that installed in one of my devices. There was even a "headset mode", an EXPERIMENTAL FEATURE with skull and cross bones warning , which works actually pretty well except that you have to manually sync up the audio on the hand devices to what's playing on the TV, but it does give you a way of having a headset on from 20 feet away and you don't have to have a 50 foot headphone cable. Is headset mode still there? YES- I was just using it. These days most of the cool things that we were able to do with VLC we can now do with Plex media server, and so I feel badly that from my perspective this app has fallen along on the wayside to the point where my iOS 11 App Store automatically offloads the app on occasion But whenever I do finally fire up VLC on my home network, I still use this app to manipulate it rather than having to get off my rear end, drag my butt over to the computer and mess with the interface there, in fact the combination of VLC Remote and Mobile Mouse/Unified Mouse gives me the ability to fire up VLC from Mobile Mouse and then I can move to VLC remote to access the app. Lately the developer has been creating something called the ChillRemote which actually can give you a Remote for things like Netflix and Amazon and YouTube and it
