App does what it is meant to, but the widget does not work.

No longer working widget function after update.. fix it plz

Quite simply, this aspect of the app just does not work and hasn’t for months. Surely this is the most important part of the app.

Widget stopped working. Please fix

The next 5 arrivals/departures section is not working anymore. Would appreciate if this gets fixed.

What is the use of this app if it cannot tell when the next train is, not working on iphones at all

Please resolve the ‘Next 5 services’ not working issue in IOS I am not sure if there is anything being done to address this issue.Please fix !!!!!

Next 5 feature hasn’t worked on my personal phone for years. Works fine on my work phone. Both iPhones running latest version of the app. “No services from X to Y could be retrieved. Please check your internet connection and then tap to try reloading this service.” Southern cross station is a hell hole at the best of times and the ‘next 5’ is the only way to get platform numbers without physically being in front of the screens at the station.

Sooo frustrated by this app. Used to work and hasn’t for months. Can’t use the next 5 train function and don’t receive notifications anymore - Bendigo Line. Thought it was only me - clearly not! Please fix this!
