Läuft ohne Probleme
Sehr zufrieden. Runterladen anmelden und los geht’s bisher keine Probleme mit App oder Scooter. Bitte liebe VMAX Team App immer schön aktualisieren :-)
App verbindet sich nicht
Mein Vx2 Extreme kann sich nicht mit dieser App verbinden, egal mit welchem Gerät ich es probiere, es funktioniert einfach nicht. Mir wurde gesagt das ich kein Einzelfall bin und es mit einer anderen Internetverbindung probieren soll aber das war nun auch schon 4 Wochen her. Bis Dato wurde nicht versucht mein Problem zu lösen sondern wird schlicht und einfach ignoriert.
VX2 extreme
VX2 extreme wird nicht als dieser erkannt, somit stimmen ja auch die Einstellungen nicht. Mal sehn wie lange es dauert bis das funktioniert
VX2 Pro
Der VX2 pro ist nicht kompatibel mit dieser App. Die ältere beige App bietet keinen wirklichen nutzen. Warum diese App nicht kompatibel gemacht wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Sieht zu, dass die App endlich mit den VX2 kompatibel ist oder bringt eine App mit Tracking Funktion mit Mapsfunktion für den VX2
VX4 wird in App als VX2 X LT erkannt
Leider wird mein VX4 LT als VX2 in der App erkannt… Bitte um Hilfe !
VMAX werde ich nie…
VMAX werde ich nie wieder kaufen. Das unternehmen bekommt es noch nicht mal hin eine funktionierende App für den VMAX Pro zu installieren die auch funktioniert und nicht irgendwelche Probleme hat. Wir sind einige an Leuten die mal einen gekauft haben. Damit ist das unternehmen schon mal 15 Leute los. Ein Kauf Empfehlung für VMAX pro haben wir zurück genommen, das unternehmen verhält sich nach unserer Meinung absolut daneben. Wir können nur sagen Finger weg von VMAX Pro der Support ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Selbst der Firma 1und1 die diesen e Scooter verkaufen haben wir eine klar gesagt das dieser Roller nicht zu empfehlen ist.
Update
Leider kein Update möglich beim vx4 man Soll 75€ bezahlen für ein update zum verschicken lächerlich…. Mann soll sich mal vorher Gedanken machen!!!!
Mit vx2 nicht zu gebrauchen
Mit VX2 und VX2 Pro nicht nutzbar.Die Alte App ist leider auch nicht nutzbar.War mein letzter VMax 😡Abzocke
Nicht alle Modelle kompatibel
Ich habe einen Vmax Vx2pro. Die alte App ist nicht gut - zum Beispiel geht unter iOs permanent das Display aus. Das ist für eine Roller App ein absoluter Witz! Ich habe mich dsher auf die neue App sehr gefreut und muss mit Entsetzen feststellen, dass diese mit meinem Modell (immerhin im Preissegment 1000 €) nicht kompatibel ist. Was soll das? Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und überaus verärgert! Das ist eigentlich so nicht akzeptabel!
