Default Apple Watch complications don’t have a VO2 max indicator. This does just that! I can now have my latest VO2 max displayed as a complication.

I installed this app thinking I would get real time VO2 max information instead all it is is a widget you can put on your watch. That’s still utilizes the VO2 information from Apple Watch. Save your money don’t install.

No way to really use it.🫤

I cannot figure out what kind of exercise qualifies for rating. Even when I select “walking” in the Workout app, do 20’ miles and go for 30+ minutes, I don’t generate a VO2max reading. What is the app looking for?

I’ve emailed the company after paying for this and it doesn’t work nor did I get a response don’t buy it

It takes Apple’s measurement and puts it someplace useful. That’s all it claimed to do! And it’s really useful. Not sure what those other people were expecting.

December simple and may only have one simple function but it does it well. I bought it because I wanted to track my V02 and while the apple health app does this already, I wanted a watch complication and I purchased this app to give me that functionality. At first it didn’t appear to work but it turned out I had to launch the watch app before the complication option appeared. To be clear this app does not compute VO2 max, it simply displays the data that apple calculates using your watch. To my surprise the app also sends me a push notification each time apple computes a new VO2 Max calculation which is a nice bonus I did not expect. Minus one star because I contacted the developer and they did not get back to me after 2 weeks.

I love this app. I consider vO2 max perhaps the best indicator of overall aerobic fitness, and this app allows me to see how, overall, I am doing over time. It’s basic, sure, but it’s totally reliable, I don’t have to start and stop, and it also shows where I stand in my age range. The only change I’d like is to show data for more/longer than only a year.

It does not take data from my health app and I need help but no response to 4 emails!

This App provides you next to nothing that the Apple Watch doesn’t already provide! Save your money!
