Signed up, never got a code to log in. Contacted customer support for help and they were unable to help. I tried to reset my password several times and never got the reset code. Not impressed

Horrible experience
This is a cash grab. Do not sign up; you will be billed even after canceling your subscription multiple times. I suspect this is a scam originating from Eastern Europe.
Good app overall but the person who does the trainings creeps me out
I almost kept the app but just the idea of seeing that weird mouth trainer every day on my phone creeps me out. They dressed her up in an assassin’s creed cloak, and just is not the right person for this. Something doesn’t sit right.
Free trial doesn’t work
Signed up for the free trial but never actually let me use it in the app

I decided not to keep the app but ended up being charged for it. Their customer service was very professional and took care of the problem right away

Accidentally signed up for a double subscription somehow. When I emailed support about it, they got back to me same day and helped me instantly. Thanks Serg ✌️
New beginnings
Adaption is a struggle at the beginning
Doesn’t work
I was interested in the accent test however, it never loads/ successfully analyses anything. It always cuts out with an error message. Not very useful
Scammed
I am incredibly frustrated by this app. It is charging me every 2 weeks for an account I don’t even have a subscription to. I tried to cancel my credit card and it auto renewed through my AppleWallet. I feel used and scammed and am not impressed. Be very careful!
Disappointed
It does seem like a pretty good app. However I believe that I selected the free trail option and was sure to cancel it in time Today I added a new payment method on my apple account and It deducted more than $80 charging me for a year long trail with the vocal image app. I did request a refund through apple today and am hoping that they will refund me the money
