If I see “There is an error with authentication. Please check your credentials and try again” one more bloody time I’m going to end up in a hypertensive crisis. What a non-functional piece of garbage. Going back to the archaic text messaging system. Don’t waste your time or endanger either your cardiac health or physical state of your phone, because around the 10th time you have to force close and open the app to view a shift posting, only having to do it again moments later to view the next, you’ll feel the urge to shot put your communication device into the nearest hard surface. Would give zero stars if I could, because it’s worse than bad, it’s completely non-functioning.

This app won’t open, it stalls. I get txts faster than this app

Always asking to me to authenticate. Can’t refresh without force closing the app. When I got to notifications I can’t see anything other the number of notifications I have but can’t see what they are. I wish that once you have a shift awarded and then canceled that it would be cleared off the list. App needs extensive amount of updates.

Terrible app with next to zero updates for bugs. I have to reset my employer details EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP in order to view shifts open to bids or that I’ve been awarded.

I have two ways that I am notified for shift call outs as this one is not working properly all the time it is consistently empty even when I have gotten over 15 texts right before checking the app. The concept is great it just needs to actually work properly !

This app is awful! It has the potential to make bidding on shifts so easy, but the app crashes ALL THE TIME! And you have to consistently keep I putting your employer information in because the app loses the info. The notifications page doesn’t work at all, and is completely blank, despite the fact that the app shows that there are multiple notifications.

I have never been able to see my notifications, just a blank screen even after uninstalling it.

App itself is good… but you can’t tell if you’ve been awarded a shift or not if you bid on I because the notifications tab is blank despite a badge with a high number of notifications.

Application Support does wonders when issues arise. Thank you for all the overtime, AHS!
