Dear, I have been trying to reach you since 2 days and no one is responding I have sent on whatsaap and the agent kept the conversation open without answering for more than 36 hours !!!!! that is not a professional way to deal with customers. I am really frustrated and disappointed from your service the first time I try to return something and it was really a bad experience that I will share on social media and will definitely change the rate on app store I submitted a return request which was ignored for a month then on 19th of may your carrier in Jordan collect it from my door and ever since am trying to follow up for the refund with no response tomorrow I will be calling the company and a manager needed to talk to
