It’s not a trusted company to buy any product, the send you low quality products that is different from what you see on their site. They don’t accept returns as well.

Voghion is decent for online shopping. It has a good range of products at reasonable prices. Delivery times are okay, and the items I’ve ordered so far have been as described. Overall, it’s reliable and gets the job done

I honestly regret wasting my money on the Fendi leggings and slim dress as they were made with the lowest grade of material. I really wish I could take back time and not buy them, because I will never wear them. Total waste of money!

I bought 6 pair of trainers from Voghion, and I’m very well satisfied. All the pairs were of good quality, exactly as advertised, and delivered on time. The pricing was fantastic for the value I received. Overall, a great shopping experience.

If you receive an item that is not right or not received it, the costumer service won’t help you at all, the prices are high compared with other similar apps and the quality is less so it doesn’t woth it to buy from this app, three of the items that I’ve ordered are missing and they don’t care

This app is the worst app I have seen in my whole life and have a very bad service, I ordered a dress from this app and it come very very late even the price is expensive I should receive it earlier but instead it come late and I had no idea where it was. When I received the dress it’s not like the same in the picture and the colour is not the same the length is not he same and the whole dress is a piece of trash. I returned it the same day as I received it and paid £18 for the track which is very expensive. I waited one month I didn’t receive my refund and everyday I ask them about it and they say I have to wait until they have the parcel which is not my problem I waited and waited but didn’t get anything from them. It has gone two month and I didn’t receive any refund even they have the parcel but they won’t give me back my refund they say that it has gone more than 30 days which is not my problem at all I’m only asking for my refund because I deserve it and it’s my own money so I will never again buy from this app it’s a scam everyone be careful. Very disappointed with this site. The clothes come nothing like described, the sizing is terrible you order a medium men’s and they turn up in all I can say is a kids size. Order trainers converted them from uk to eu size when they arrived they was two sizes too small. Contacted them through chat and they response was it’s our fault in the uk because we don’t measure our feet with a tape measure. They don’t offer free returns and is going to cost me half the price of my order to return them so I’m still out of pocket. So my advice would be don’t use them.
