Vogue Fitness UAE

Considering the amount of money vogue fitness must bring in. Please work on this. I’ve paid membership to use all locations in UAE. I registered and paid on Al Ain App so to speak. When I’ve gone to the app there is no drop down menu for other locations. When I go on line to other locations I’m requested to register and then pay. Suggestion: update the app to have a drop down menu for all locations that members can go to. People that work all over UAE this would be helpful. Unless I’m getting something wrong, in that case there should be a simpler way to use the app.

This app needs improvement on the payment methods and the privacy of the users and permissions. - the auto renewal payment it is not optional it’s a must in this app which it’s not give the users the choice! It’s a long process to cancel this - you can’t cancel a class before 1 hr! - if your membership ship is inactive but you book a class the minute you put ur finger on the book it will directly deduct from your bank acc it’s not asking for permission. - the workout of day page its not in the app it direct you to a web page! I really hope you update your app to be more practical and give the users the option to choose!
