As a super disappointed VK reader/user since you discontinued publications. I suggest you do what NORO’s app does. It does each “magazine” on the app. You get all the pics of the knit clothing, and just like the magazine, the instructions. I would pay for an app that does that. This app seems to just be a way to sign up for VK cruises, which are a pipe dream kind of thing for me.
I wasn’t aware that VK was no longer publishing their magazines and was charged the annual subscription in December for this year. I’ve reached out to them to request a refund but no one has replied.
Early in my experience with the app it was wonderful. I could see my magazines, I received my magazines, and I could interact with the content. In the last couple of years, the app is paid for via apple but my magazines are not in the app. Since I am trying to reduce my paper footprint, I will not be purchasing the physical magazine. It’s as though the app has just been left to die and has not evolved with the times.
Another great digital magazine DESTROYED by a company called Maz who takes over running them and then kills them. I have about 10 years of digital copies of Vogue Knitting that I can no longer access. THESE WERE ALL PAID FOR and I can no longer access them. I ❤️❤️❤️ Vogue Knitting but don’t give a penny to this app. UPDATED: I continue to have the same problem with the new provider. I have paid for YEARS of issues that are locked for me. Why isn’t this considered theft?
Last year I replaced my old iPad and decided to download Vogue Knitting onto the new iPad so I could restore my purchases. First it can’t find my email or username or anything. So I use the in app link to contact customer support, I have only ever received an auto reply to my numerous attempts. After over 6 months of trying the email route I have tried telephoning… surprisingly I did get a call back but I had my phone on silent and now they haven’t called back even though I continue to try to return the call.
VK is probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever used, and it’s a struggle every time to just look at magazine articles. I always end up in a viscous cycle of logging in and finding everything locked, needing to change the PW and “Restore” does not find everything I’m entitled to. How about a saved library for easy access to purchases? Does not deserve even a single star since I’ve NEVER had a good experience with it. Every time I open it I go away angry and unsatisfied, and I’m not stupid nor a tech newbie.
Hello, Is there a folder to access purchased issues? I do not see it available in the app. and prompted to swift to the entire collection to find my items. Awful app I regret I tried

Zero support. I made the mistake of renewing my digital subscription of several years with a combo print/digital subscription. I lost all those years of back issues on digital - the app says I’m not subscribed. Contacted support and was told to reset password. Didn’t help. Recontacted support and crickets….waste of money. Just get the print version, if you want it. I’m no longer a fan.
