Voiply Mobile App

First when I get their service everything was fine until I move overseas I can’t get text messages plus people can’t hear my voice and talked to customer support all what they say is start application they don’t have another option.

Been with them 2 years now. Very nice to be able to get text messages on my main phone line. Any problems that I did have were fixed very quickly.

Everyday I have contact support to get my phone system to work. There are days where calls don’t ring into the mobile app. Or days where they do, but not the desktop app. Then there are days where all calls go to voicemail and don’t ring anywhere. Call forwarding to my cell?? Nope, says they have the feature, but it never works. They tell me to reset everything, cause they did some updating on the back end, or works for like a day, then doesn’t again. You pay for what you get for, I will be porting my numbed out.

First off, they have chat and phone customer service which is amazing. Next the features are more advanced. Lastly, the cost is fair. Thank you, Voiply.

Be aware that I signed up and paid $11.95 . I quickly found out you cannot send MMS messages or files through their platform . Requested a refund as they have a 30 trial but they said it was going to take 2 days . Well here I sit on day 5 with no cancellation or refund . Still have not heard back . Their chat is useless as they must not be USA based as it takes a while to get an answer . Overall my experience is not very positive so buyers be aware of this and make up your own mind .

Enabling Voiply calls to show up on my cell phone has been a mistake. The app is clunky and irritating, resulting in lost calls and the inability to also answer the call on the handset tied to the Voiply number. So I am going to remove it.

Cups with strings on them have better signals than this. The call quality was abysmal, and the audio cut as much as scissors. Please fix, and more stars can be rated upon, or they too will start cutting.

My previous experience with VOIP was nothing to write rave reviews about, but my subscription Voiply Service with its connection device, website menu, and very favorable service price point is outstanding. I highly recommend this service and we are very pleased with the VOIP quality, as well as the Chat Technical Support.

Seems to work ok, but doesnt recognize group chat. Not a decent phone replacement. Dont bring your number over unless you never plan on changing providers. They will hold your number hostage.

Previous version was adequate, but nothing to brag about; I didn’t even bother wasting my time with a review. Really like this new version which even includes a TRUE call log version, that you used to only access in a browser, after watching a spinner ‘loading’ circle for quite a while (even on high speed, 80Mb+ Internet). App seems cleaner and more organized, as well. So far, no crashes, stupid quirks, or complaints about it… which is nice when there’s a lot of apps being outright ruined with updates!!
