How can I find out distance range?

More grins per mile than anything I’ve done in years. Great for my short commute to the office. Even better for sunrise or sunset rides through the old urban neighborhoods of Austin. Slow enough to admire the trees and old home architecture, but fast enough to cover some territory. Only wish: turn signals. Please bring some to market asap! Thank you for creating such a great vehicle.

Have to return bike. The only time anyone replies is on review. Ian in service not replying to texts and have asked to return and no response. Control panel does not work Brakes squeak Headlight scratched Wish I could fix and keep…not even sure if they respond for the return???

I’ve had it for almost a week and everything is alright except for a couple of things the seat is uncomfortable on long rides and the bike easily caps out at 21 then slows down a little annoying the back brake is mushy I don’t know how to adjust it front one works just fine but everything else is great would recommend if you have the money but would say to invest in something with a more comfortable seat if you want longer rides

Have emailed numerous times with zero response regarding my Brat order... Still having trouble receiving my items. When you call the phone line it just goes to a non descript google voicemail..... RIDICULOUS now bike shipping to house instead of dealer as described. Accessories went to dealer but was given to wrong customer. They returned all parts but the battery WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO??????
