I hate using this app For work

I just need to adjust a schedule. Seems easy but no. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I am forced to use this app for work for my schedule so I know where my next stop is. I have up to 20 stops per day. I am required to take pictures after each job is done at each stop and submit it through Vonigo. When I open my camera it will crash my Vonigo app so I have to completely close out Vonigo and restart it every time. I waste so much time every day doing this. It’s so frustrating. If I wasn’t required to use this by my employer there’s no way I would! Vonigo, why can’t the bugs be fixed for iPhones? Reading through the comments there are certainly enough complaints!

I use this on multiple different formats. This app does not work well on Apple products. It does not refresh, can’t turn the page, hard to work in Apple. If you are on anything other than Apple, you are golden, if not good luck.

The devs responsible for this app should be 150% absolutely ashamed of themselves. Embarrassing someone paid to have this developed.

This app was clearly designed for android and has an insurmountable amount of problems with the software if using an iOS operating system. Please update asap

I have used this app for quite some time, worked better on my iPhone 7 then my current model. I am able to go into one area look up schedules and do exactly what I need. But I go into a different category but same parameters and it crashes every time. I would need to go into a different category first then to the one I actually need for it to work and as of late that’s not working too well either. I tried reporting a issue and it only give me 4-5 categories to choose and it says when you choose something that you Dont have that version to submit. Well how can you send in feed back if you can’t send in basic feed back.

App is super super slow and must be closed out completely to do anything if you ever turn off your phone for a moment

There are still problems with uploading photos. Sometimes they upload twice, other times it says they will upload when previous upload is completed, even though previous upload was already complete. And on the “mark as complete” page the field you are filling out doesn’t jump to the top of the screen, it stays hidden behind the keyboard so you cant see what you’ve written.

I am currently using Vonigo for scheduling for our small business and have not been able to log in, on the app, for the past two days. App just freezes at the login screen. Worthless. When it DOES work, it’s extremely slow and bulky. Needs a complete streamlining overhaul to be useable. If you’re trying to use this app where cell/WiFi coverage isn’t absolutely perfect, forget about it. Will be moving to a more user friendly interface and better designed product very soon.
