We have our own construction company and decided to buy security cameras for our projects. The area we build typically has people that steal expensive materials and we tried out the cameras for 1 year. We had high expectations since the camera price is pretty hefty. The camera installation was fair but the app linkage with the cameras was terrible. The live stream package doesn’t work and occasionally one camera never stays connected so we have to constantly restart it to link it to again to the app. The company would send us replacements but same thing would happen. On top of it all it’s basically impossible to get a hold of customer service to try and fix the issue. Emails have been sent saying they will fix the issues but never do. We pass by the area where the camera is supposed to alert us on the app but it never gives us the notification. We have the camera capture setting on the highest sensitivity. Do not get the services because you are paying for nothing. Save your money on alternatives!

This app will randomly fail to connect properly to the camera and you won’t even know it. Someone could be at your front door and the app doesn’t even show it. Unless you open and refresh. useless. also 10 bucks a month for that is ridiculous.

We have the Vosker V300 Ultimate’s set up on one of our tug boats so we can monitor our barges and tugs when they are unoccupied. The rigs are always in different locations, some rather remote and we never have a problem with connectivity. It gives us peace of mind knowing that any time the weather turns bad, we can simply open the app and check on the rigs. It has saved countless hours, money and loss of sleep, not having to physically go check on a rig in the middle of the night anytime the weather turns bad.

I’ve owned a VKX for 3 weeks. Looks like a great design, but disappointing to have essentially no documentation and poor support, both telephone and chat. It was quickly determined that I needed a cellular antenna extender, which took a week to arrive, but the evaluation period was only a week and not extendable. So I had to pay for a plan before I could even determine the camera worked with the extender. Thankfully it did. There is no documentation and phone support is deficient, leaving customers to hope the default settings work. Support staff don’t understand all Apple iOS settings, so are clueless why notifications don’t work. I had to figure that out on my own. In the end, it appears the camera will work, but the lack of documentation and poor support is frustrating.

It synced during the free trial then nothing after that….I pre purchased the One Year Elite package and can’t get a single recording… Save your money

I needed a camera on an empty house without power or internet. This was a great option and sends great photos. You cannot request a photo(that would be a nice option). The lense is not adjustable so the lense angle is fairly narrow.

Did not have the plan i paid for for a month in the app kept telling me to buy more storage. It doesn’t let u watch the videos very long either.

I absolutely love this camera. It takes great pictures and send them to my phone right away. It’s very dependable and it makes it easier to travel so I can see what’s going on at my house while I’m gone.

Just purchased from Bestbuy. Do Not Buy these! Their support is non existent. Returning immediately to bestbuy and staying with Arlo Cellular with TMobile. As bad as any cell carrier is I should have known better. Save your time and Money or find out like we did the hard way.

I’d give you five stars if I could figure out where the high DEF photo goes or get sent to me when I requested it.
