This app automatically shuts down when you open

Voucher shout isn’t opening. It’s getting stuck in the first pink page. I tried deleting and downloading again several times but the same problem persists

Dear team, This app is not working for last one week in IOS as it it closes immediately after opening.

I was charged 1 aed to my citibank credit card though its a promotional offer for new credit card customer. I will not recommend this

they have added SUMO Sushi as 30% offer i bought tokens and went to Sumo sushi they told me the contract have expired and that voucher skout is no longer applicable for them. i wasted my money buying their tokens. don’t try to use this app they don’t updates their contracts

I raise a request on 24th of December to refund the amount, I was activating my Citi bank card to avail the 50 credit offer same time I don’t they deducted AED 65. Requested 100 times for the refund not even one mail or call i didn’t receive from voucherskout ,this is really unprofessional .

You have to purchase the credit to use the app. Nonsense!!!!

Voucherskout have a quick response time to your queries and request. I had made a transaction by mistake which i had never intended. I raise a request to the voucherskout team for the issue and it has been resolved smoothly. Using the app can save you a lot of money utilizing the credits in the app.

I purchased by mistake unnecessary additional Credit.I contacted customer service through email asking if they can help me with the refund. Melissa replied at the same day and managed with her team to refund back my money. Amazing Customer Service team
