When the app works, it’s glorious. I’ve been using this across multiple phones to chat with one of my best friends in another country, and it works fantastic. Or it doesn’t work at all. At his most fundamental level, this app should deliver a message from one phone to another, and alert the other guy that it’s there. If eBay can send alerts, Amazon, Google, and more, why can’t you? When it works, this is the best staff on the store. But when it doesn’t, it’s the most frustrating.

This app is easily the biggest step back in communication history. Maybe they can next turn our smart phones into a fax machine, that’s another antiquated technology we don’t need. My company requires us to use this app because they can recall messages after they realize they are wrong and don’t know what they are talking about or need to lie about saying something wrong. I’ve gone to the website for support and it’s not answered on their website either.

I have to create a new account to get my Voxer to work. The new profile worked for some time and it has stopped working. It says No Internet Connection when I do have Internet connected to my Internet at home. I’ve paid twice for the annual subscription and now I can’t use either of my profiles. It’s annoying. Support doesn’t have an answer they tell you send them information and when you send it they say they never got it after sending it 10 times. Over it.

rendering it useless compared to whatsapp and telegram and cetera:( a shame because a lot of people on my contact list used to use it

Been using Voxer for years and even subscribed to the PRO option; however for the past few days the app will not open despite deleting and reinstalling. Customer service was informed yet no one has responded. Disappointed in the service.

My rating for you is ZERO, but of course that is not a choice! I have so many more nasty things to say about you, but I would not want people I know to hear me make such vile comments! If I did not need to be on here because I’m part of group chats that my organization uses you for I would NEVER use your worthless platform! And not to mention you are a USELESS WOKE platform. My prayer for you is failure and bankruptcy!

I love using this app. It’s particularly great for using with clients and groups. It takes the pressure off your email and text in boxes so you can reply in a dedicated space. I recently had a minor issue with the app alerts not clearing. I contacted support in the app and it was handled within minutes.

I like the Voxer app. I use it for walkie talkie messages and to text. Easy to use. Their support was quick and resolved my issue right away.
