The APP is getting crashed , I’ve purchased carnatic basics pack . After few days , I cannot see my purchases in my courses , I’ve raised a ticket but no one responded . After that the totally got crashed

The batch classes for carnatic are extremely organized and I personally feel that this scheme is the best in business ! The contents and the way in which it is taught to the students are very impressive ! There is a life time access to all the contents that we have learnt and the app is very useful for home practise ! Voice notes that has been provided as a part of the course are super helpful for practise purposes ! Recommending the grade courses to every music enthusiast !

The screen is not loading after the next button is clicked Plz fix this

I bought the tiny tots package. I’m very satisfied with content and progress. Someone when the videos are playing it skips a few seconds and starts or plays and gets cut and starts from the beginning. Please fix this issue as it doesn’t give a pleasant experience.

Am trying to login for iPhone and app just hangs up . They are not bothered to improve app .
