No return or exchange on their product. Customer executive is very bad. They ignore their customers once the product was sold. I request you to please dont trust on advertising. The support team was not helpful with the customers. After all once you buy a product with their site then its a TRAP 🪤

dont buy anything from them they look like a scammers to me …. and ive order one sunglasses from them and they said that you will receive order in 2-3 days if you will pay online and i didnt received any order yet waiting from my sunglasses 🙏

Good product Quality! But the worst customer services of this brand and the useless and tricky with customer policies they have made for customers. The policy is so much useless that they only entertain return and exchange for the product that you have bought for full MRP that is worst everyone try to get some benefit if there is any small discount or coupon but they don’t entertain for return and exchange for the product! In this time where every brand gives us hassle free return and exchange if product is not satisfactory this brand comes with it’s useless policy! Buy the product at your own risk if you want to take it however the product is either its good or bad they will not entertain you properly! Rude behaviour and replies on whatsapp !
