I’m stuck at 4F code at stair in hospital

I am enjoying this game, with the help of google translation. But I’m stuck on 4F trying to get a code for the stairwell. I would like a hint menu and/or a walkthrough.

I normally thoroughly enjoy art digic games. However, I feel the need to question the integrity of the developer after experiencing this release. It is supposedly in English, but written word is mostly in Japanese, there are no hint options, and I cannot find a walkthrough anywhere online. 1. Why would you do this in the first place? 2. If it was a mistake, why haven’t you fixed it in over 4 years? 3. Why have you not taken seriously the feedback given over the past four years and either fixed it or removed it? I really like art digic games, especially the newer ones, but this lack of awareness and attention is perplexing and disappointing. Please do better.

I love these games, but cannot read Japanese! This game requires you to use signs to decide where to go, so I’m lost. Sad I cannot play it.

Don't understand

Despite developer notes referring to English translation, I was unable to select a language. Hint/answer that appeared after watching video ad took me to a 100% Japanese walkthrough. It was of no help. Onmisoft, is there no way you can QC which games you make available to American audiences?

My least favorite release so far...The graphics are nice but everything is in Japanese. So I can’t understand what I’m supposed to be looking for :/

Got to the hospital and can’t read anything on the machine with the room number puzzle. (I’m assuming it’s the room number puzzle but can’t read what it says.)

タイトルの通りです。 なんとかエンディングまで行きましたが、カードコレクションのヒントは動画再生されずに詰まってます。 サイトではアプリ内に攻略ヒントありとなってますが、、、多分バグかな、残念です。
