The set up this app and frame have been very challenging I wanted a 20 inch frame - the size is the only thing good about this frame Please fix your app

Whoever was responsible for the UI of this app needs to be fired immediately. This app is just brutal. As a technophile, Im better than the average bear at figuring out complex apps, and after 15 mins I gave up.

Can’t get past the initial page keeps giving me an error. Have to return from since I can’t load pics

I tried to download the app and can't get beyond the first screen to log in, my partners phone likewise displays a network error when trying to connect to his mothers frame. I am currently unable to load photos :(

Vphoto video On the frame keeps crashing and restarting on its own over and over

Love it. Im able to share photos with my family over long distance. But instead of a history of shared uploads. Can it be displayed like a photo grid with control of individual images? Instead of upload groups

1. Please add the ability to cycle through both photos and videos at the same time. 2. Add ability to link multiple frames together so I can have multiple frames show the same large photo. 3. Add album management to the app so I can easily edit albums and deploy to individual connected frames. 4. Add ability to schedule video or photo events to play at a selected time, everyday or on select days. 5. Brightness setting of screen is currently locked to auto.

Can’t even log in. Just throws an error. Completely unusable

App stopped uploading photos all of a sudden

I can’t upload any photos anymore? The app is simply blank.
