Schlechtes vpn und schlechtester Kundenservice
Ich habe versucht, einen VPN-Dienst zu nutzen, aber ich habe versehentlich deren Premium-Service gekauft. Ich habe ihnen mehrere E-Mails geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Interessanterweise kann ich den Premium-Service trotz des Kaufs nicht nutzen, da ich immer wieder aufgefordert werde, ihn erneut zu kaufen.
Betrug!!!
In App Käufe werden im Store nicht angezeigt geht aber nicht ohne zu bezahlen. Betrugsversuch.
Sind nicht mal alle länder drin und dafür Geld gezahlt

Free trial not working, full subscription taken immediately…
Hi! I got a free trial for the app yesterday, the VPN worked okay… but when I tried to cancel the trial which would be followed by a years subscription, it appeared that I have a whole year subscription starting from the first day (yesterday)… I contacted the support on the website yesterday but only got a „hello“. I tried to report it as a problem on Apple and cancel the whole subscription to not get charged money or get it back which luckily worked!! Don‘t know if the support of VPN was involved
VPN doesn’t work, no customer service
I bought this VPN, and it simply doesn’t work. The customer service told me it is because of my connection, I should install the app new. I did, I tried it everyday at different locations, with or without wifi, it simply doesn’t work! I live in UAE and I need it for my calls on what’s app. The customer service is not responding and cooperative! Don’t buy this VPN!!!
Funktioniert nicht mit Streaming
Leider funktioniert es nicht mit Streaminganbietern im Ausland. Dann ist es sein Geld nicht wert.
