I subscribed this app for a free trial and as soon as I subscribed 399 was deducted from account, i need refund , you guys cant deduct money from a customer telling its a free trial for 3 days or 7 days . Please do refund.

Could not “experience” it!!! => because the app could not connect with the (at the time weak) internet signal... The very reason I had looked up (via the extremely GOOD push message you attracted my attention) your site and took the time and effort to read the accompanying print (fine and all) was because I believed my iPhone was under serious attack by Monster viruses (at least TWO, I was assured..); and that therefore had a greatly weakened signal...! => I WRITE THIS AS A FEEDBACK TO YOU FROM A SERIOUSLY INTERESTED prospect. I am a marketing person myself, and cannot help remark what a waste of your colossal efforts in reaching me..
