Don’t use this app, i got cheat!
I didn’t thought to escalate this level to leave a message here but they didn’t give me the choice! And I want everyone know about it !! I accidentally paid for one month service (I though I might have maybe 7 days for free as an usual app do) i paid approximately 15$ (I maybe use the app one time for maybe 2mn and that’s it!) I sent a mail to request a refund or even a partial refund will be fair enough but I didn’t got any feedback/reply and they just kept the money and that’s not cool at all. So guys just be careful we’re you put your feet in, if they act that way I’m wondering about the service too! You didn’t give me a choice to leave that message! Customer service is the key, seems you still have to learn !! A.
