I’ve been using this service for over 10 years. I’ve tried others only to find this one works the best. On the rare occasion I needed help, Alex has always gotten back to me with a solution very quickly.

Wast of money tried many times but still didnt work on ios some people would work some might not

APRIL 18 2022 - VPN.ac (version 3.2) has not worked for some time on my Apple iPad. Just keeps trying to reload over and over and over again. This app has not been updated in 4 years according to Apple App Store. I’ll have to find another VPN. Too bad I can’t get my money back.

Servers in the US have been failing a lot for months now. I frequently have to use servers from other countries and have recently had to resort to disconnecting the vpn entirely for a while. Their secure proxy on PCs has been causing a lot of problems as well and I've stopped using it. The desktop client still works for the most part but that is it. Everything other than the desktop client is unreliable and frustrating. If this keeps up I'll be forced to find another vpn service.

Why this app never update ? When will you update , dear developer

If you use a VPN as a way to access geo blocked content, this might be the VPN for you. If you need a VPN to access sites that ISPs governments want to block, DO NOT use this. The VPN will be blocked before you are even able to connect. I contacted customer support detailing my issue and a snarky representative named Alex F. told me that they never claimed to be a stealth VPN, and that trying to access restricted content is a bad idea. Their website implies that they can get around the Great Firewall of China, but in reality they can’t get around basic business firewalls.

I live in a country with restricted access to the internet and i have about 7 to 10 paid VPN apps on my phone. Every single one of them except vpn.ac let me choose the port and protocol. vpn.ac have this feature on the windows client but not on The iOS app.

I bought this app half year ago, but it can't work on my pc recently. When I want to download the software again, I found the homepage had been blocked. So I could only use this vpn on Ipad and Iphone. But today, I just found there is another website for chinese user to access the homepage. Now I could use it on my pc again! Thank for your work!

It works well for a basic secure VPN. But on more restricted networks you have no control over any settings such as IP, DNS, or connection type. As you can see from the photos, that is literally all there is to the app essentially other than the login screen.

Best & secure app for restricted countries. Working perfect now. Please keep it up. Don’t wanna see your services blocked.
