I like the cause and ethos of the company but purchasing experience was poor. Wallet top up was easy Added items to my subscription for next day delivery - no email confirmation and this would be useful feature to have Later I was instead sent a refund without explanation of why my order was cancelled After contacting the team on WhatsApp I was told my delivery location is not serviceable - again this information needs to be clear on the website / app to avoid complete waste of time

You book the delivery and receive nothing the next day. There is no proper customer service where you can reach out to them. Luckily i had only spent few amount. But please don’t buy anything from here

They have not delivered two ghee bottles, neither refunding nor they are responding to calls Please have proper customer support

They charge the money through app and later on calling there helpline number they said they don’t have such app. It’s fraud

Love their indus milk. No other positives to report. Erratic delivery, no customer service, lot of wasted time in follow-ups and have to often find other ways to procure milk on the mornings because of missed or late delivery.

They don’t responds to calls.no perfect customer care .Ihave paid for milk diid not recived wasted my money.theft my money
