Vroom Delivery

Used this app once and it put the wrong address in(after I triple checked it to make sure it was right) and then I went to go correct it and it wouldn’t even let me move the pin

My very first time ordering & using the app I got all the way through check out with payment received, just for 5 mins later for it to be cancelled. I tried numerous methods of payment first being Apple Pay with both cards on that, the I go to enter a card manually just for it to say it’s expired when the expiration date is 07/28

So, ordered $100 of product. Got delivered $10 of product. Store says they can’t do anything, they have no clue how it actually works. They can’t refund me and they won’t deliver what i ordered. Be careful.

I ordered twice for delivery and both times nothing. Then I called the shop and the person said they weren’t the ones delivering (I had no clue what to say to that). The charges and refunds are still TBD.

Service always great .. delivery man which was the the owner TJ is always awesome!!!

This is an amazing application but what makes it so amazing is my delivery person Tammy. I honestly know that if she wasn’t my delivery person I would not order from them. Tammy is a true gem! I hope that everyone really knows how great she is!!!

So very convenient now, specially if you dont drive

I live 5 miles from where I want to order but it says that I live to far ? Any updates coming to fix this ?

Loved the quick and friendly service- especially in the freezing winter!!! Wine and snacks delivered to my door...awesome!!!
