I’m giving you 2 star because, at first when I upgraded to pro version, it was working perfectly fine, but then after using it for one week, it started having some issues, no connection problem, I can’t use it anymore, please help me fix it

AT FIRST IT WAS WORKING BUT NOW ALL IT DOES IS BUFFER , YET I WAS SUBSCRIBED TO THE $4.99 A MONTH BUT I CANCELLED IT !!! NO USE IN ME PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK, OR ONLY WORKS WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT!!!!
The app is good , I use it for downloading yt videos but after 5 videos it says to buy premium and sometimes when I delete it for a certain period of time , after I reinstall it , it just keeps saying to buy premium to download videos which is really annoying , it’s been like this since march 12th 2024 .
