There was a button that says try for free for 7 days and the app charged me right away. I reached out to their support team and they mentioned that it’s because I’ve already had a free trial in 2017. In that case, you shouldn’t have said ‘try for free’. This lead to an unauthorised transaction of $59/yearly subscription.

Despite there are some more new features keeps on adding with premium offers, the basic free version does gives satisfaction performance and quality too! (those who can’t afford the premium) Thank you VSCO 🍾
I am subscribed member and currently cannot use the locked presets and save video.
I have been using this app for 10+ years. In the last year or so it has become so glitchy and frustrating to use. Copying edits and then pasting don’t work. Anything you try to do you have to tap multiple times. And I’m paying for a yearly membership!! What in the world happened to this app! I will not be renewing my membership.

I’ve loved VSCO, was my go to for editing iPhone photos, and LOVED that this was a free app with some nice accessible features, and options for buying nicer ones. But now they’ve taken away most editing abilities and are charging $39 a year for simple things. I don’t support that. Loved this app but I will no longer be using it.

I’ve been trying to reach you guys about my membership. You charged me $59.99 since day 1 of my “free trial” card didn’t go through so I canceled the membership the same day and the payment is still trying to go through it’s been 2 months!!! I’ve sent so many emails already and no respond! Cancel the payment and membership! I don’t want it !!!
I bought so many filters because I really liked this app when it first came out. Now all the things I bought are locked behind a monthly pay wall.
