Notifications do not work, which is very annoying when there is emails or other communications or notifications coming in from the school but you don’t see. VSware needs to look at this issue and resolve.

This was created as if to sabotage the communication between school and parents.

This app causes nothing but problems for everyone

The desktop version of VSWare at least is possible to use. The ‘new look’ offers very little functionality for the actual teacher at the coal face, and I have to reload the dashboard repeatedly as many error- null messages come up and none of my lessons or classes are visible. Seems like you rearranged the stuff in the shop window just for the sake of it. BUT at least I can get it to work, usually within 30 seconds. The mobile app I have now come to truly hate, fear, avoid and curse. It logs me out continually. I don’t have time to keep logging in and out!!!! The app crashes all the time. Taking the roll is tediously slow and involves far too many clicks. Obviously no one at VSWare was ever a teacher. You need teacher input. I dread to think how much money my and other schools pay you. You are sucking money from the taxpayer for a product that - if teachers could choose - would I have no doubt be left untouched in favour of much more reliable, intuitive, user-friendly systems. And don’t you dare contact my school about this complaint. Fix the glitches. Otherwise I will regrettably start campaigning for divorce.

Once updated, our children were gone from the system on the app. I believe they turned in to ghosts.

Why should I be renter my username and password all the time. Not good.

Useless in every way

it won't let me reset my password and now i can't get into my account without going to the reception of my school which opens in two weeks meaning i don't have my timetable or anything meaning i can't buy my new books resulting in unnecessary scoldings from teachers just because you guys wouldn't let me see my timetable. just because i'm a student doesnt mean i can't make a good password myself this is discrimination at its finest, fix this or im suing everyone.

Very poor app, some features are not used as they don’t work properly.
