Difficult navigation. When scrolling to earlier consults the app slows then refreshes and takes you back to the most recent consult. It would also help if we could have a search bar (ie, enter patient details) for ease of access when they come for reviews (a solution to the problem I listed in the first paragraph). Lastly, it would be great to have the option to leave a chat once you’ve handed it over, ie - if i hand over to the on call team because I’m heading home - I don’t want to keep receiving messages.
Really hard to read through referrals and get a good understanding of what is wrong with the patient. Can not click on “read more” unless you send a message in chat. Display on phone not great. This app eats your battery and data.
Greetings I’ve sent numerous emails on asking how I can update my profile with no response from the developers. Kindly help
My specialty is not listed and there is no option to select ‘other’, so I can’t move past the registration page. I thought the idea behind the app was good - but doesn’t help if you can’t even get started.
It’s bad. Doesn’t allow me to go off duty unless i put another person on call. I deleted the app and still keep getting phone calls in the middle of the night when I’m not on call. Don’t know how to get rid of it
Connecting rural health workers to specialists and improving healthcare.
Easy to use and great for clinicians practicing without specialist support. Personally I do not like that the ID number, name, surname and contact details of the patients are required fields. Should be able to ask a clinical questions without the breach of confidentiality.
