This app won’t let me have access to my money on Christmas 😭😭

Please kindly do an update on the app i already upgraded my account and in the app they're still asking me to do an upgrade

You’re really good with what you do, but I think in the VULTe app we should be able to create a Domiciliary account and be able to fund it with ease.

For almost two months now I haven’t been able to make transfer from this so called VULTe app. Anytime I want to make transfer it’s telling me my account is undergoing verification for almost two months?? I have been to the bank three times because of this same issue they will tell me it’s network or they will tell me they will rectify it for crying out loud it’s almost two months now I have an emergency I can’t even make transfer I’m stranded. Polaris bank needs to do better

I tried couple of times to do the registration only, after still the upgrade is sluggish and buggy as ever. I uploaded my id and it was rejected. Guess they still rely on old traditional banking system of visiting a branch. Still I can’t make transfer, debitable account not found funny! But creditable account dey.

Why can’t I withdraw my funds ? It always says my profile is undergoing verification. I need answers for that .

Very useless application that fails you when you needed it most. Cumbersome and non-user friendly.

Please help us to work on this app since four days ago I was not able to make payment inside the bank app and this is bad and not good because I can’t buy anything and pay for anything since four days ago and please fix this in time
