Font

The font size is too small and the blue font just adds to the angst of filling in shift notes between clients. Can font size or/and colour be altered to enable a more user friendly app?

Can’t login

Bad app

Needs work.

Where is the reset password option? Got a new phone and cannot reset password myself to login on fresh app. Company had to re set it and it is still saying login failure even though it cab easily be re set on old phone. Feels like a glitch…. Navigating this app is not great.

The font can’t be changed

Hi I tried a few things to increase the font of the app but it seems the message and client history parts can’t be changed in any way. Any suggestions? Thanks

Can’t write task notes til After shift ends.

Major Issue: I should be able to write task notes during my shift and save and then complete them once shift has ended. At present if I enter anything in Task notes before the end of my shift the App sends that as my shift completed time- even if it’s hours too early. So at present your app forces staff to complete their documentation AFTER shift instead of DURING, which is best practice. Also forcing staff to work after they’ve signed off from shift as your app does, is actually against the FairWork Laws in Australia so companies could end up in a lot of trouble!! Lastly why make the data entry boxes so damn small AND they’re unable to be expanded to a decent sized font- not everyone has 20:20 vision!!

Worst worker app

Never came across a more laggy and clunky app that doesn’t save as you type. Terrible app, service providers beware! Use Deputy or Teams instead!

Bugs

Please fix the bug I can’t log in which means I can’t work this needs to be fixed ASAP

Bugs and app crashes

Please maybe test your app before implementing updates and make sure everything is working!! Each time this app updates I have a new issue, last time all messages from April Last year we’re deleted and I wasn’t receiving new messages, but getting notifications for new messages, and now everytime I open a group message my app crashes and closes and I can’t read it again Our company pays good money for this service and it’s below average
